The lovely flowers on its’s surface are not only very attractive but provide grip on the cup. The stem is a ball topped by a small flat stem which gives you a choice. You can retain the stem, switch to a ball handle or removes the whole stem. At Luxury Moon we highly recommend the Large and Medium sizes as providing two of the best options on the market for those needing excellent capacity for heavy periods. The Medium Cup differs from the Large in being of longer length and of smaller diameter.

For 100% leak-proof and comfort when wearing, it is important to choose the right size. The Luv Ur Body Menstrual Cup comes in 3 sizes:
- Small – recommended to teenagers or women under 22 years old with light to moderate flow;
- Medium – recommended to women who are under 30 years old and have never had a vaginal or C-section birth and also for moderate to heavy flow;
- Large – recommended to women over 30 years and those who had a vaginal or C-section birth and for heavy or very heavy flow.

Up to 12 hours of freedom
Depending on your flow and how regular your monthly cycles are, you can wear a cup for up to 12 hours and insert it the night before the first day of your period. You will have to experiment and find out what feels more comfortable to you. (Note Luxury Moon recommends that you wear no menstrual cup for more than 8 hours)
