Heather offered very kind, friendly, comprehensive and helpful advice and knowledge after my prior difficulty and expense trying to source the right product for me – she went out of her way to help – and although not ‘perfect’, the Si Bell I think is the best (almost) like-for-like replacement I’m going to get in terms of size and pliability, since my previous cup (Femmecup) is now unfortunately obsolete. The P&P is also reasonable, so I wouldn’t hesitate to use Luxury Moon again in the future. Thank you again!
